Flood and Fire Response was born out of a desire by the owners to offer top class service to commercial and residential customers that need mitigation and remediation services. The idea was conceived after a harrowing personal experience of one of the owners who had water damage in his home. First came a company recommended by the insurance. They were more interested to make sure the insurance company was happy and ended up doing a terrible job. He then called a large company to give an estimate to fix the problem only to realize that the crew was an independent franchise but with ridiculously high prices. Next he called a smaller sized company who offered a reasonable price but were ill equipped to provide a comprehensive service.
After several weeks of agony, the problem was still not rectified and soon mold started to grow. It was several months and thousands of dollars out of pocket later that his house was back to normal. Having worked with thousands of businesses and having been an avid fan of first class customer service, it got him thinking about starting a restoration company. A company that can provide the best service at affordable prices for customer who were paying out of pocket as well as work with all major insurance companies in the nation but with the customer’s interest foremost at all times. He presented his idea to a few close friends who shared his passion for customer service and a few months later Flood and Fire Response was born.
